Dr. Hudson is a dynamic and driven chiropractor and strength and conditioning specialist.
With a passion for optimizing human performance and a deep understanding of the musculoskeletal system, he brings a unique perspective to his role as a fitness professional.
Hudson’s journey in the world of strength and conditioning began during his undergraduate studies in Health Sciences. Fascinated by the intricate relationship between movement, strength, and injury prevention, he quickly developed a keen interest in helping individuals achieve their physical goals, and soon after received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) accreditation. He also holds credentials in Golf Performance assessment tools such as TPI, which have allowed him to learn in the world of sports performance, and active rehabilitation, before learning any manual therapy techniques.
After pursuing and graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, of which he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Hudson also provides integrated needling (acupuncture) to facilitate performance and recovery in his patients.
Dr. Hudson has worked alongside the Toronto Maple Leafs (baseball) of the CBL, and provided sideline care to their professional athletes. He has also worked on the PGA TOUR of America’s as a therapist to the players at the iconic TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley, and lastly, has consulted for the Brampton Steelhead of the OHL on their sports performance team.
